If your IT Systems stop working for any reason, Aram IT Solutions will be your contact. We will either resolve the problem by phone or remote connection or where necessary call to your site and identify and resolve the problem. Where the issue turns out to be hardware related, we would endeavour to find replacement parts for you. If these replacement parts were unavailable we would offer you other solutions depending on the type of problem encountered.

 

We will also monitor your servers and network proactively for any issues that might arise. Server backup logs and event logs will be reviewed each day to help identify issues before they become problems.

 

We will always aim to respond to any issues within 4 hours, either by remote connection, phone support, or by calling out to your office premises. In practice, issues that can be dealt with remotely are usually dealt with straight away, and for issues that require an urgent call out an engineer will respond within four hours that same business day.

 

As part of the maintenance and support of your systems we provide a Software Asset Management register of all your software and licences. We also provide a scheduled health check on a regular basis for each PC in your offices which includes a malware scan, disk drive health check, clean out of PC internals, and removal of unnecessary software.
